    Anyone expecting delivery in 15 minutes is crazy. This isn’t fast food. I love this place. The food takes a while but they tell you up front and it arrives hot and fresh. It’s the only Chinese delivery in town so you know they are busy. Worth the price worth the wait.

    Fresh made to order, but wait was so worth it!!! Definitely recommend, the employees were friendly and helpful. Food was hot and full of flavor. Ordered the lo mein, and rice boxes you can pick your level of spicy!

    Best American-Chinese or even Chinese cuisine you will get in a 20 mile radius I'm a foodie so I'm confident saying that. Owner is always there and is an awesome guy. I try to go at least twice a month quality is consistent.

    I originally gave Rice Box 5 stars... but after my last 3 orders, I have to change my rating. The food is pretty good and the staff is friendly... but I DO NOT recommend placing an order for pickup or delivery. The last 3 times I placed an order over the phone, it has taken over an hour longer than my quoted time. The last time I placed an order for delivery, I was quoted 45-55 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting, I received a call from my delivery driver saying that my food was ALMOST ready and would be delivered soon. 2 HOURS! I cannot say that I will be ordering food from here again. 2 hours is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for food to be ALMOST ready, especially after being quoted only 45 minutes. Also very frustrating that I only see Rice Box responding to 5 star ratings. Seems like they don't care to make things right with customers that have had bad experiences.

    Great place, not a whole lot of parking. Clean place, fast service, good food. Try Chris fried rice!
